Aviza Technology, Inc. designs, manufactures, sells and supports advanced semiconductor capital equipment and process technologies for the global semiconductor industry and related markets. Our systems are used in a variety of segments of the semiconductor market, such as advanced silicon for memory devices, advanced 3-D packaging and power integrated circuits (ICs) for communications. We focus our efforts on designing systems that enable device manufacturers to meet today's challenging technology and manufacturing requirements. We offer both front-end-of-line (FEOL) and back-end-of-line (BEOL) systems and process technologies used for the aforementioned markets addressing critical thin film formation technologies, including atomic layer deposition (ALD), physical vapor deposition (PVD), plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), plasma etch, and thermal processing systems.
